Module Configuration for H2-ERM and H2-ERM100 Modules

When a Do-more CPU powers up and detects a new H2-ERM or H2-ERM100 module it will automatically create a new module configuration. Clicking the Edit Config button in the Module Configuration utility will open the following dialog where the default configuration can be changed.

ERM and ERM100 (Ethernet Remote Master) modules are DL205 modules that provide Ethernet connectivity to I/O in remote bases that are using an EBC as the remote base controller. The ERM modules do not require additional configuration within Do-more Designer, but they must be configured with ERM Workbench before they can operate correctly.

ERM modules are treated as legacy modules, meaning the ERM will place the I/O data read from the remote bases into DLX, DLY, DLC, and DLV memory in the Do-more CPU, and data to be sent to the remote bases will be read from the same memory blocks.

The Module Configuration's Name will become a Device, be careful to choose a meaningful and unique name. The ERM name must follow Nickname RulesClosed Nicknames can be 1 to 16 characters in length and consist of any combination of alphanumeric characters and underscores ('_', 'a-z', 'A-Z', 0-9), no spaces or punctuation marks are allowed, and must begin with a letter or an underscore..

Click the Run ERM Workbench button to launch the ERM Workbench utility where te ERM can be confugred.
