Fixed a problem that caused the BX-DMIO to report Errors or Warnings for their modules in the wrong slot (the slot number is off by one).

Fixed a problem that would prevent the DMIO from quickly recovering if the BRX CPU's network connection to the DMIO was interrupted while being used as an Ethernet I/O slave to a Do-more CPU.

Added support for the following I/O modules:

BX-05TRS-1 - Relay Output (isolated, high current)

BX-08TRZ - Relay Output (dry contact, no suppression)

BX-16TRZ - Relay Output (dry contact, no suppression)

BX-16NF3 - TTL Input 3.5 - 5 VDC (Sink / Source )

BX-16TF2 - TTL Output 3.5 - 5 VDC (Sourcing )

BX-16CF3F2 TTL  Combination 3.5 - 5 VDC (Sink / Source) / 3.5 - 5 VDC (Sourcing )

The DMIO will now return a 'Module Not Found' error if any of the I/O modules are removed while the DMIO is powered up.

Fixed a problem where the OK LED was staying YELLOW (not being reset to GREEN ) after fixing I/O errors and warnings in the remote slave.

Fixed a problem with using the -3 Analog and 0xUT modules.

Fixed a problem where the module's status bits for -1 and -2B analog output modules were not being reported.

This is the minimum firmware and boot loader versions required for BX-DMIO with Rev 8A hardware.
Requires the use of NetEdit v3.17e or later (this version of NetEdit is installed with Do-more Designer v2.7).

Fixed a problem in the web configuration screen for the Combo Voltage Analog modules (BX-4AD2DA-x / BX-2AD2DA-x).

Fixed a problem where the BX-DMIO was not properly reporting errors and warnings from Analog I/O modules.
