(CONTACT) - Negative Differential (STRND / ANDND / ORND)


When the assigned bit transitions from ON to OFF, the Negative Differential contact Closes for one complete PLC scan, allowing power flow. Regardless of the state of the assigned bit, the contacts Open on the following scan, interrupting power flow.

Parameters:

Note: Use the F9 key to open the Default Element Selection Tool (the Element Picker or the Element Browser) or use the Down-Arrow key (Auto-Complete) on any parameter field to see a complete list of the memory locations that are valid for that parameter of the instruction.

 

Element - specifies the BIT location to use. This can be any readable bit location.
